Since the pandemic hit in 2020, our church Vacation Bible School has had to make some changes. We were looking at a different idea on the structure rather than one week. We had considered several options. Please know that the church is still excited about teaching all of God’s Children. Please consider praying for all the children’s lives we touch with this beautiful program.

We started Kid Connection, a monthly after-school program for elementary children, in October. We have had 25 children join us and many have come every month since October. We have gotten to know them and their families, and they have gotten to know us.
Our volunteers have been amazing! They have cleaned and decorated classrooms, helped choose curriculum, worked on computer/tech things, gathered classroom materials, prepared snacks, greeted and signed-in families, led music and dancing, dressed up in costumes, taught the children in the classrooms, and countless other things. Thank you to our volunteers!
We will have Summer Kid Connection every month on the second Wednesday, but it will be in the morning instead of the afternoon. Our next Kid Connection is Wednesday, June 12, at 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
